You may place an order through our website or by reaching out to us on Whatsapp, Instagram messaging. Friendly reminder that products are made to order so we don't have any products that are readily available as we wanted to keep everything fresh!

Once ordered, one of our specialist will reach out to you for confirmation on pick up/delivery date and time.

For sanitary and health-safety reasons, all sales are final and non-refundable or exchangeable. That said, if you or your fury friend are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us and we can definitely work something out!

Can I pick up?

Yes you can! Right now we offer a contactless pickup at our Newmarket studio (Leslie & Davis) and it is always free! Let us know if you would like to come by and choose the pick up option when checking out! Please note to contact us before coming by and same-day pick up is usually not available.
