Why Paw's Appetite?All of Paw's Appetite gourmet dog treats and cakes are meticulously hand-crafted in Newmarket, ON and Burnaby, BC. Our treats are designed specifically with your pets (dogs and cats) in mind. All recipes and ingredients that we use are nutritious, healthy and simply.. good for your pet. Our treats and cakes never contain any added sugar, salt, artificial colours, flavors, or preservatives.

If my dog has allergies to some ingredient, can you change it to another ingredient?We can definitely do that! When you make an order and if you are not sure, please reach out to us, we are more than happy to answer any questions as well as substitute the ingredient if there are allergies.

Are your products safe to consume by humans?Yes, our products are safe to be consumed by humans, but we do encourage sharing! However, since we only produce healthy products, our products do not contain any sugar or butter so humans might not find it too tasty; but I am sure your pet will love to have our treat all to themselves!

How long could you keep the products for?Our suggested shelf life for products are listed under the description of each specific product. Since each product is designed and created differently, the shelf life will also be different.

What form of payment do you accept?We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards (VISA, MASTERCARD) and Interac E-Transfers.

What are you cancellation policy?We require full payment for all orders prior to pickup or delivery. Cancellation will only be consider if given 36 hours of notice prior to the pickup or delviery date.
